- We are members of the Fundraising Regulator, which holds the Code of Fundraising Practice for the UK. Please see the regulator’s website for further information.
- We follow the Fundraising Code of Practice and work to the highest standards of fundraising best practice at all times.
- We will safeguard your personal details. We comply with all laws surrounding data protection and we will not sell or share personal details to third parties for marketing purposes.
- We will be transparent, open and honest. Our accounts are available to view on the Charity Commission website. We always make sure that your money is spent wisely in the best interests of the hospice.
- We will respect your wishes. We will make it easy for you to tell us how you wish to be contacted and keep you informed about news and events. However, we will not pressure you to make a gift if you do not wish to do so.
- We will listen to your feedback. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our fundraising, you can raise a complaint and we will seek to resolve this as quickly as possible.
