Light Up a Life Remembrance Service –  Honouring Loved Ones This Christmas

As the Christmas season approaches, we recognise that this time of year can be particularly challenging for those who have lost a loved one. At Salisbury Hospice Charity, we invite you to join us for our annual Light Up a Life service, where we come together to honour and celebrate the lives of those who are no longer with us, but always in our hearts.

This year’s service will take place in the beautiful setting of St Thomas’s Church, right in the heart of our community. The event will include heartfelt readings and carols, offering a moment of reflection and solace. Attendees will have the opportunity to light a candle in memory of someone special, each flame representing cherished memories and the enduring love we hold for those we’ve lost.

Whether or not you have a direct connection to Salisbury Hospice, you are warmly welcome to attend. The service is open to all who wish to remember and celebrate the life of a loved one during this poignant season.

After the service, we invite you to join us for mulled wine and mince pies, providing a chance to come together as a community in support of one another.
